3/4 - 1 cup water
corn
broccoli
carrots
potatoes
1 can cream of potato soup
1 cup milk
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
3-4 ounces provolone cheese
dash of pepper
Directions:
1. In pan, put vegetables in water (barely enough water to cover them), boil and reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes
2. Add soup, milk, cheeses, and pepper. Stir over medium heat until cheese is melted.
